The Kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs whether you opt for a banquet for the whole family or a more simple lunch/ meal at the breakfast bar.

The Dining Area is very quaint also enjoys views out to the pool deck.

The Bedrooms are well appointed and will offer you the perfect retreat at the end of the day and with three bathrooms there are ample facilities for all your party. The Bedroom line up is as follows:

A Master Suite beautifully decorated with King Bed, with television and en-suite facilities of twin basins plus large shower and ceiling fan.

A Queen Suite is also classically decorated with en-suite facilities of bath with shower and ceiling fan.

A Queen Bedroom is also decorated in fresh colours and includes a TV, ceiling fan and is served by a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The Outside of the Home is truly lovely with a large pool that has beautiful panoramic views, just perfect for the days spent at home relaxing and enjoying a new book. There are sun loungers for you to soak up the lovely Florida sunshine and a covered Al Fresco Dining Area with a table and chairs for you to sample the delights of the outdoors or even something more exotic under the stars.

SSVO requires any cancellation to be submitted in writing via e-mail to offices@southernselectvillas.com with receipt request. Cancellation Policy will apply to all reservations made with SSVO. The day of receipt of the cancellation request will apply as effective date for the cancellation policy to take effect.

 

Cancellation of reservation 15 days or more before arrival: 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellation 14 days or less to date of arrival: total booking amount is non-refundable. However, guest will have six-months from original arrival date, to use credit towards a future stay.

 

Change of dates is not considered a cancellation when requested 21 days or more prior to arrival. Change of dates is subject to availability. A request for date change may only be accepted when done in writing to offices@southernselectvillas.com and will only take effect when confirmed to the guest by SSVO. In order to reschedule the guest stay for a future arrival date, the new dates chosen by the guest must be confirmed to SSVO in writing 21 days, or more prior to the original arrival date. The new dates chosen by the guest must be within one year of the original arrival date. Change of date fee may apply and seasonal rate will apply accordingly.

 

The guest may also request via email to shorten the length of their stay and/or downgrade in the size of their home if requested 21 days or more prior to their arrival. SSVO will automatically update the charges on the guest file in order to update the remaining balance payment amount. If the request is sent within 20 days of arrival, the final payment will remain the same regardless of changes. Changes requested will only take effect when confirmed to the guest by SSVO and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply when changing dates of arrival and/or departure.
