The kitchen may be on the smaller size, but it’s highly functional from the way everything is positioned. Besides the fact that it has modern appliances and plenty of cabinet space, what’s most important to a quality kitchen is whether or not it’s fully equipped, and this kitchen is. This kitchen comes with cutlery, small appliances, kitchen tools, bowls, and much more. You’ll be able to tackle anything in that kitchen. There are 2 places inside to sit down and eat at: the breakfast bar in the kitchen that seats 2 and the breakfast nook just off of the kitchen that seats 6 people. Where does everyone tend to go after a long day out shopping or after a big meal? The living room. And those who seek the living room won’t be disappointment. There are two brown comfortable sofas for everyone to dive into, and there’s a large flat screen TV so everyone can relax the night away on the sofa whilst enjoying an awesome Disney movie. If you fancy gong outside for a bit, head to the pool in the backyard. It’s screened in to prevent bugs from entering, and the decently-sized pool is shaped like a lagoon. There are numerous patio chairs dotted around the pool for anyone to sit on, and there’s also a barbeque that anyone is more than welcome to use. There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bathroom, and the third bedroom has two single beds in it, which are great for kids to sleep in. Don’t forget about the free Wi-Fi throughout the villa.


Community Details

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
