Attention all: We have a 2-storey, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa with a private pool up for grabs. Check out this place a little before you place a booking by reading about what this home is like inside. Let’s start with the U-shaped kitchen. It’s functional and comes fully equipped with all the small appliances, kitchen tools, bowls, forks, etc. that anyone might need when cooking. Once you’ve cooked up something great, now it’s time to find a place to eat it at. It appears we have two options: the breakfast bar or the formal dining area. The breakfast bar is a part of the kitchen and only has 2 seats, so we’ll probably going to need to head to the formal dining area where there’s seating for up to 5 (possibly 6) people. Here, everyone can gather around the table and enjoy a meal together. After enjoying such a large meal or after a long day out at the park, where better to relax than in the living room. There are two large sofas for everyone to lounge on, and there’s a large flat screen TV mounted to wall for everyone to enjoy a good Disney movie on. Let’s head to the covered pool area. It’s pretty self-explanatory. You can take a dip in the pool to cool off, lay down on a sun lounger to work on your tan, or if you just want to take it easy outside with a cold beverage, take a seat around the patio table that’s under the covered lanai. There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, plenty of space, and an en-suite bathroom that has dual vanities, a tub, and a shower. The second and third bedrooms both have queen-size beds, which are perfect for couples. And the fourth bedroom has two single beds in it, which are perfect for kids.


Community Details

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
