The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom also has two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. All bedrooms have their own TV. The kitchen has pool views, modern appliances, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar. It also comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, and more that you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. The living room has vaulted ceilings, two floral sofas, and flat screen TV. The pool area is screened in, has a large pool, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, golf views, and a patio table and four chairs for those who want to relax around the pool with their favorite ice-cold beverage.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
