Welcome to Neverland Escape at Regal Palms Resort! This magical home features a "Lost Boys" bedroom with a treehouse bunk bed, a "Tiger Lily" bedroom with greenery and a teepee, and a master suite fit for Captain Hook. The pirate-themed living area offers relaxation for all scallywags. Enjoy amenities like the lazy river, ice cream parlor, spa, water slide, restaurant, and arcade. It’s 45 minutes to Universal, 20 minutes to Disney, and an hour from MCO airport (times may vary with traffic). The space The fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen has fresh coffee ready for you. The spacious living room includes 3 sofas, a large Roku TV, a 6-person dining table, a bar area for 4, and an informal dining table for 4 in the kitchen. Upstairs, the "Lost Boys" room sleeps 4 kids, the "Tiger Lily" room has a 50" TV, and the shared bathroom is Mermaid Lagoon-themed. The master suite features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a garden tub and shower. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and all resort amenities, including the gym, restaurant, pool, spa, and recreation areas. Other things to note Pet Policy We are pet-friendly! The HOA allows up to 2 non-aggressive pets per stay. A one-time pet fee is required at booking. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, kept off all furniture, and leashed outside. Please clean up after potty breaks immediately. A $150 fee applies for any pet damage or if these rules aren’t followed. Check-In, Checkout & Schedule Requests Standard check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late checkout must be requested and purchased at least 24 hours in advance through the boarding pass link sent after booking. Approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed. If late checkout is not arranged in advance, a $25 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 10:00 a.m. $100 Incidental Deposit Regal Palms Resort requires a refundable $100 incidental deposit at check-in. This deposit is separate from the resort fees, which we cover on your behalf, and is managed entirely by the resort. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided all wristbands are returned and no damage occurs to resort amenities. Parking and Vehicle Rules The driveway accommodates a maximum of 3 mid-sized or smaller vehicles. Please note that 3 large vehicles (such as minivans, SUVs, or trucks) will not fit together. If your vehicles do not fit entirely within the driveway boundaries, they must be moved to the Clubhouse lot for a fee of $10.70 per night. To fit 3 cars, you must park two side-by-side at the top of the driveway and the third car sideways (perpendicularly) behind them. No part of the vehicle can hang over the curb into the street or touch the grass. RVs, camper vans, buses, moving trucks, and trailers are not permitted at the townhome. These must be registered at the front desk for a fee of $10.70 per night ($10 + tax) and parked in the Clubhouse parking lot. The Resort HOA is strict. Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard at all times, especially overnight. Failure to display a pass, parking on the grass, or parking in the street will result in fines from the HOA. Vehicles left parked illegally for extended periods are subject to being towed at the owner's expense.
