The unit is also furnished with a mini fridge/ freezer, microwave, stove, oven, small table and chairs, a dresser for storage, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, as well as a private balcony. This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a small family! Located on the 12th floor, guests will enjoy a condo with a balcony and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit features a stunning kitchenette with a mini size fridge / freezer to keep food and drinks cold, a microwave, stove, and oven, a small sink, coffee maker and toaster! This kitchenette has a stunning ceiling to counter top tile backsplash as well as butcher block counter tops giving it a very modern feel! The same tile can be found across the entire condo floor! All dishes and basic kitchenware will be provided! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area. Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. All payments will be forfeited if canceled.  There will be no refunds due to personal taste or inclement weather.  Hurricanes, including any mandatory evacuations, will not constitute any refund.  We encourage all guests to purchase Travel Protection Insurance at the time of booking.  We make all efforts to ensure the property you have booked is reflected by the pictures shown.  In-resort areas, construction can occur due to new attractions, accommodations, and upgrades to the resort.  We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or provide rebates due to these matters.
