Primary Bedroom (3rd floor): King bed with smart TV, designer furnishings, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom includes 2 vanities with a stand-in shower.
2nd Bedroom (3rd floor): King bed with designer furnishings and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom includes a shower and tub combo.
3rd Bedroom (2nd floor): King bed with designer furnishings.
4th Bedroom (1st floor): King bed with designer furnishings and ensuite bathroom. The Bathroom includes a shower and tub combo.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 16 Guests, 8 per house (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Both units also offer:
Rooftop deck (4th floor) with multiple lounge areas and outdoor dining space. The living area (2nd floor) is a bright living space draped in designer furnishings and includes a large smart TV. Kitchen (2nd floor) offers guests a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as breakfast bar seating. The shared (2nd floor) hallway has a full bathroom.

Each unit has an attached 2-car garage (1st floor)

WIFI is provided through an in-home hotspot router. Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation.
