The process for paying for permitted parking at Laketown Wharf is completed by guests, so please ensure you follow the directions provided:
30a Seascpaes will share an invite link with the guest (a maximum of two cars are allowed per condo). The guest will then use the link provided to pay for parking. Resort Fees (including wristbands):
Type C - 1-Bedroom: $86.97 (7 Bands)
Type B - 2-Bedroom: $103.66 (9 Bands)
Type D - 3-Bedroom (1483 sqft): $120.32 (10 Bands)
Type A - 3-Bedroom (1681 sqft): $120.32 (10 Bands - Type A units may purchase up to two additional temporary bands at a cost of $12 each.)
All Laketown guests are supposed to park in the garage only. A maximum of two cars are allowed per condo.
Guests may print their parking passes directly from the portal. If you are unable to print the parking pass, you may visit the lobby where the concierge will print them. Utilize the 15-minute parking area while visiting the concierge in the lobby. Then return to your car(s) and park in an appropriate long-term spot. Parking passes need to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles in parking garages without parking passes are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
