The condo is fully furnished with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa, and the layout will accommodate up to 4 guests. Upon arrival, guests will enter into the kitchen and living room area. Unlike many 1-bedroom rentals in town, you do not have to walk through the bedroom to get in and out of the condo! Directly to the right is where the bedroom and full bathroom is located. The bedroom features a queen size bed, nightstand, dresser, flat screen TV, and access to the private ocean view balcony! Directly across the hall from this bedroom guests will find the bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink, mirror, toilet, and storage above the toilet. Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! The living room is open and spacious and features endless views of the ocean. The 5th floor offers such great views; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a dining table and chairs, queen-sized sleeper sofa, accent chairs, end tables, TV stand with large wall mounted TV above, and access to the ocean view balcony. The kitchen is located just off from the living area. The kitchen features full-size appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, mounted microwave, coffee maker plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, and so much more. We provide all basic cookware, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, dishes, etc. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will also have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand-new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more!
