Deposit & Cancellation Policy: 50% of the reservation value is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will be collected 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. Cancellation or alteration requests must be initiated through the channel or website that you booked with. Please note that there are no exceptions to the cancellation policy unless booking insurance was purchased at time of booking.

We strive for all our guests to have an enjoyable stay. Please review the general space rules and requirements for occupying one of our units. Booking with us confirms that you agree with these rules. Please reach out to us via email with any questions or areas needing clarified. General Space Rules 1. Reservations must be paid in full prior to arrival. The minimum check-in and booking age is 18. We recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to securing your booking. Exceptions cannot be made to the cancellation policy. Once a booking is secure, the unit is pulled out of the booking market and held specifically for you. 2. This unit is strict non-smoking. You will be removed without a refund if you or a member of your group smokes inside the unit. Please note that our multi-unit buildings have extremely sensitive fire suppression systems, and even vaping inside will trigger an alarm. Additional charges for remediation, loss of income, or additional cleaning will be charged back when necessary. Please note that Ohio Revised Code 3794 defines the following: "Smoking" means inhaling, exhaling, burning, or carrying any lighted or heated tobacco product or plant product intended for inhalation in any manner or in any form 3. The maximum occupancy per unit must not be exceeded. Visitors are not allowed if the number exceeds the maximum occupancy permitted in the unit per Ohio State Fire Code. An occupancy overage may trigger an immediate eviction without a refund. We do not allow parties or events at our units without written permission. 4. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. Excessive noise or disturbances will not be tolerated, especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and watch noise levels, especially in multi-unit buildings with shared walls. 5. Do not pour grease down drains as it will result in a clog. Please wait for it to cool and dump it in the trash can. Do not flush anything down the toilets except toilet paper, including items that say they are flushable. Any damage to our plumbing or infrastructure will result in additional charges and claims when necessary. 6. Fireworks or other similar items are prohibited on our properties. You may be evicted and legally charged accordingly for any incident relating to the nature of fireworks, flame, or smoke. 7. Pets are not permitted on the grounds or inside any guest units. Service animals must always be under control, and should be leashed, tethered, or otherwise harnessed in public areas. The only exception to this is if the leash directly interferes with a dog’s duties. All service animals need to be on a leash and must stay by their owner. Please inform the host immediately if an animal service is required for your stay. 8. By occupying our space, you agree that you are responsible for any damage caused to the property. This includes but is not limited to furniture, fixtures, and equipment. If damage is found to the unit upon check-in, it must be reported immediately to the host. Check Out Procedures 1. There is a late check out fee of $50 for guests who check out after the designated time without approval. This is to ensure that we have the time to have units ready for new guests to arrive. We have our cleaning team pre-scheduled and with just enough time to clean and process laundry. 2. Dishes must be washed or started in the dishwasher prior to departure. Please only use dish pods for the dishwasher and do not put dish soap into the machine. Always rinse dishes before loading, and cycles in dishwasher should run on hot water. 3. Trash should be placed in the designated receptacle prior to departure. If you are unsure of the location, please bag all trash and place in the kitchen in an organized matter. 4. Sheets and towels are inspected for stains and sorted by size by our team. Please do not strip beds or start laundry prior to departure.
