There is also a full bath upstairs with tub & shower. The lower level has a large bedroom with a queen bed & a large flat screened TV. The bedroom is connected to a 3 seasoned screened in private porch with wicker chairs & a treadmill. Outside the porch there is a walk way to the courtyard which is decorated with perennials. This home sleeps 8 to 9 people very comfortably. No pets & no smoking of any kind.
