Downstairs features a wet bar, second living room and pool table, perfect for entertaining. Laundry room with washer and dryer.  Private outdoor hot tub. 2 car garage + additional parking in driveway. Enjoy security of private gated community and additional benefits of the Cordillera Club with indoor and outdoor pool, as well as fantastic fitness center.   The Golf Club is entirely private so no access to Golf.   If you want to play at one of the many other golf courses in the Vail Valley we are happy to send you a list. Dog possible with owner approval. All long term rentals must pay for steam clean at the end No short term rentals allowed under 30 days.
