Guests do not have access to the garage. The HOA for this community does not allow parking of any trailers in the driveway. This will result in a $100 fine per day. For a fee, Destin Boat Trailer storage can store your trailer. Other details to note: Trash days are every Tuesday and Friday. Please make sure you: 1) Bring the trash can to the street the night before; 2) Return the trash bin back inside after pickup occurs. If the light is out on the thermostat, a sliding glass door is open/ajar. For the AC to function, all sliders and windows must be closed. There's electric BBQ grill on the upper deck! You can dock your boat at our property’s private boat dock. There are a couple of options to launch your boat nearby - Joe's Bayou Boat Ramp or Destin Marina. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation.
