This 2-bedroom suite is fully furnished with 1 king bed, 2 full size beds, a full size sleeper sofa, and will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. This unique layout offers an oversized living space with a couch, TV with cable, a small dining table with chairs, and beautiful direct ocean front views from the private balcony right off the living area. This layout features an open floor plan making the space feel bigger and not cramped! Guests will enter the condo into a hallway. The guest bedroom is located to the left as you walk into the unit. This bedroom features 2 full size beds, a night stand, TV, window for natural light, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, mirror, toilet, and a hair dyer. Making your way through the apartment, the kitchen is centrally located between the bedrooms and living room. The kitchen offers full size appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and plentiful cabinet space. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Roxanne. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. Entering into the living room, guests will find the most relaxing part of the condo! The floor plan is open and spacious, and it features a sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, commercial blackout curtains, TV, and a dining table with chairs. The sliding glass doors allow our guests to get the most spectacular views that can be seen from the kitchen, living space, or the private balcony. The master bedroom can be found right near the living area. This bedroom features 1 king bed, two night stands on either side of the bed, TV, dresser, accent chair, and access to the oceanfront private balcony from the sliding glass door in the bedroom. This space is perfect for 2 guests. This bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, sink, mirror, toilet, and a hair dryer. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi, as well as free parking. Our guests have access to the pool deck complete with an indoor and outdoor hot tub and lap pool that are heated even in the winter. There is also an outdoor pool and lazy river that our guests have access to as well. ​​​​​​​ ***Guests do not to the fitness center that is privately owned and off limits! Our rates reflect the restrictions to that amenity, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Our guests are only FEET away from the newly extended Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, The new Funplex, Tin Roof, and even Pier 14. The Roxanne Towers has an age restriction of 25 years and older unless accompanied during their stay by a parent or legal guardian. All payments will be forfeited if canceled.  There will be no refunds due to personal taste or inclement weather.  Hurricanes, including any mandatory evacuations, will not constitute any refund.  We encourage all guests to purchase Travel Protection Insurance at the time of booking.  We make all efforts to ensure the property you have booked is reflected by the pictures shown.  In-resort areas, construction can occur due to new attractions, accommodations, and upgrades to the resort.  We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or provide rebates due to these matters.
