To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, please use the link provided to review Panama City Beach rules during High Impact Periods (HIPs), such as Spring Break, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and the Fourth of July: https://dandes.egnyte.com/dl/p3TChvXy69Gx
What is a High Impact Period (HIP)? A HIP is designated by the City of Panama City Beach when large crowds or special events impact public resources and safety. Additional regulations are enforced during this time.
These measures, including age restrictions, security requirements, curfews, and special parking regulations, are enforced throughout the city during the officially declared HIPs. This includes all properties, such as vacation rentals, hotels, and public areas within the designated zones.
Key Rules:
Rentals are not allowed for guests under 21 years old. Age verification required at check-in. All guests 18+ must show valid government-issued ID. Shared amenities (e.g., pools, parking) are for registered guests only. Minors under 18 cannot access common areas after 10PM without an adult. Additional security will be on-site during HIPs. A curfew for minors (under 18) may be enforced from 8PM to 5AM. Exceptions apply if accompanied by an adult or attending a permitted event. Persons under 18 cannot be on premises serving alcohol between 10PM and 6AM unless with a parent/guardian.
Failure to follow these regulations may result in fines or penalties. For more details, please refer to the full ordinance: https://dandes.egnyte.com/dl/p3TChvXy69Gx
Please note, this property is located in a high-rise building. For your safety, please ensure that all doors—especially those leading to the balcony—are closed, locked, and secured before going to sleep or leaving the unit.
Traveling with children? For their safety, children under 12 should never be left unattended in the unit or on/near the balcony. Always supervise minors closely around doors and railings.
If you notice any issues with locks or doors, let us know immediately so we can address them. Your safety is our priority—please reach out anytime if you need assistance. Enjoy your stay, and stay safe!
