There is a guest apartment on the same property as the guest unit. It has its own separate entrance and pathway. The apartment is located under the main house. It is unlikely you will hear or cross paths with this tenant. Other things to note: There are trains that operate along the Columbia River and there is a timber mill in Bingen on the waterfront.
