Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms, including the primary bedroom and ensuite bath. The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the open concept dining/living rooms. Just outside is the private lanai where you can sit and enjoy a meal or a glass of wine. Our resort community and surrounding area offers loads of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Within the gated community, we have a large heated swimming pool, another hot tub and a separate pool offering waterslides. On weather permitting days, outdoor games are displayed for everyone to use around the pool area. Games such as, ping-pong, beanbag toss, outdoor size connect four and may more. Within the mix of the pool amenities, is our poolside snack and drink bar so you don't have to trek back to your house for munchies. Inside the clubhouse, you will find a fitness center, two game rooms and a restaurant/bar for evening meals. The pool area is equipped with free WIFI for your enjoyment. Only 2.5 miles outside the gates of Disney, 1.5 blocks to HWY 192 and all the shops/restaurants the area has to offer, you are sure to enjoy your time here. We are ideally located right next door to the world famous "Old Town" and Kissimmee's Fun Spot for the days that you just want to stay close to home and have a light day of activities for the family. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival. Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 10 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 10 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund. We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal. There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.
