Important details to note: Trash days are Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please take the trash can out on Monday and Thursday evenings. After the pickup, please bring the trash can back inside. A 4-seater golf cart can be rented for $70 each night of your total stay (and must be rented for the entire duration of your stay). A waiver must first be signed. Pool heat can be added for $30 for each night of your entire stay (and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay). When heated, the pool will be 80-84 degrees, depending on how warm it is outside. We highly recommend adding pool heat outside of traditional summer months (June-August). That said, the average daily temperature must be at least 50 degrees, so heating the pool from December through February is weather dependent. Pool cooling can also be added for $30 for each night of your entire stay (and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay). Please allow approximately 1 hour per degree change in temperature. We do not provide beach towels. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks.
