BEDROOMS Master Bedroom has a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Guest Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Guest Bedroom 2 has two Twin XL Bunkbeds. ADDITIONAL BEDDING - Full Sofa Sleeper in Living Room. BATHROOMS Master Bath has a separate shower and tub in it. The toilet is in its own room within the bathroom. There is a guest bathroom that is attached to both guest rooms. There is a half bath that is in the hallway of the home. POINTS OF INTEREST - Jordanelle Deer Valley ski lift - 10 minutes - Canyons ski area - 17 minutes - Park City Mountain ski area - 12 minutes - Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge ski area - 15 minutes - Kimball Junction - 12 minutes - Historic Main Street - 14 minutes PARKING This home offers a garage space as well as a driveway for parking. During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement), and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well. Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation.
