There are vendors along the beach that will have beach chairs and umbrellas you can rent during the season. I recommend going very early to get a good spot on the beach before they sell out.

This unit is pet-friendly, but we kindly ask that all guests follow the rules below to help ensure a clean and comfortable experience for everyone:
1. A refundable pet deposit of $50 per pet is required (maximum of 2 pets).
Note: If the deposit does not fully cover any damages, guests will be responsible for the remaining costs.
2. Pets must be fully potty trained before entering the unit.
3. Pets are not allowed on beds. Sofa covers are provided and must be used if pets are allowed on the couch.
4. Pets must not be left loose or unattended. When left alone, they must be crated.
5. If an accident occurs, please clean it immediately.
6. The yard is fully fenced, so leashes are not required; however, pets must be supervised at all times.
7. Pet waste must be disposed of properly in the designated outdoor pet trash bin.
8. Before checkout, please thoroughly inspect the unit to ensure no pet messes have been left behind.

The rental unit will offer guests access to a few basic items: toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and paper towels. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility.
Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation.
Please note that entering resorts and/or rental units is at your own risk. While we aim to offer our guests a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards.

From March 1st through September 30th, we are regrettably unable to accommodate late check-outs, early check-ins, or luggage drop-offs prior to 4pm due to high demand/turnover. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
