The primary renter must be staying in the unit. Property Details: This vacation rental features: 4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom Bedroom 1: King bed and crib (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 4: Full-size futon and bunk bed (sleeps 4) Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests Parking: Garage parking is available for 2 cars. Driveway parking may be utilized for up to 4 vehicles. Parking that blocks the sidewalk or parking on the street is not allowed. Parking is only allowed in the garage and in the driveway. If you are caught, there is a $100 fine for each violation. No trailers or boats can be stored at this property. If you attempt to do so, expect a $500 fine. Other details to note: The light switch for the pool can be found to the left of the pool door entry. This home does not come with an outside grill, moreover, the pool is not heated. Trash pick-up days are Mondays & Thursdays in the early mornings. Please do the following: 1) On Sunday/Wednesday nights, take the trash can out to the end of the driveway. 2) On Monday/Wednesday mornings (after pick-up), put the can back inside the garage. Do NOT leave trash cans out in the driveway, as it a $100 fine by our association. The owner does have a golf cart in the garage, yet he does NOT rent it out. If you book our unit, we have four companies where you can book online and have a golf cart delivered to the unit. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Booking Policy

(Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility. The primary renter for this property must be a minimum of 25 years old, without exception. Furthermore, it is mandatory that the primary renter occupies the home throughout the entire duration of the stay. This policy ensures responsible supervision and adherence to house rules, promoting a secure and enjoyable experience for all guests.
