Two gated entrances to the community offer ease of access to 30A or County Road 83, where you can access the beach or Highway 98. The Village of Blue Mountain beach is a 2-minute walk to all the new retail space along 30A which includes Love Salon, Coffee Shoppe at 30A, and Mimmo's Italian. The best beach access point to go to is called Blue Mountain Regional. Blue Mountain Regional Access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. From Hwy 98 and Hwy 331 head west 1.5 miles then south on Scenic Highway 83 until you cross over Scenic 30A and reach the gulf. Blue Mountain Regional Access is between Grayton Beach to the east and Santa Rosa Beach to the west. Blue Mountain Regional Access is in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. There are quite a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. At this public beach, there are bathrooms, showers and during the season, lifeguards are present.
