The Village of Blue Mountain beach is a 2 minute walk to all the new retail space along 30A which includes Love Salon, Coffee Shoppe at 30A, and Mimmo's Italian. Blue Mountain Regional Access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. From Hwy 98 and Hwy 331 head west 1.5 miles then south on Scenic Highway 83 until you cross over Scenic 30A and reach the gulf. Blue Mountain Regional Access is between Grayton Beach to the east and Santa Rosa Beach to the west. Blue Mountain Regional Access is in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation.
