This ocean view condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This apartment features 2 queen beds and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The unit is also furnished with a wall mounted TV with basic cable, AC and Heat, full-size fridge, coffee pot, microwave, small table and chairs, a dresser for storage, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, as well as a private balcony. This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a small family! Located on the 6th floor of the Driftwood Building, guests will enjoy the private balcony and incredible, views of the Atlantic Ocean. This unit features a full kitchen with a full fridge / freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and so much more. The cabinets are stocked with all basic cookware and cooking utensils. Everything you need to cook a meal or a small snack will be easy to do right from the room! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area. Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. (please note that the mini waterpark across street and movie theater are not available to our guests) We are confident that you will enjoy your stay with us, and we look forward to hosting you! Cancellation Policy: 

All payments will be forfeited if canceled.  There will be no refunds due to personal taste or inclement weather.  Hurricanes, including any mandatory evacuations, will not constitute any refund.  We encourage all guests to purchase Travel Protection Insurance at the time of booking.  We make all efforts to ensure the property you have booked is reflected by the pictures shown.  In-resort areas, construction can occur due to new attractions, accommodations, and upgrades to the resort.  We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or provide rebates due to these matters.
