LODGING CANCELLATION POLICY: WINTER: 45 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund less $100.00 per unit handling fee. 44 days or less prior to arrival: All monies are forfeited unless rebooked. Check-In/Check-Out: Peak Property Management is located at 111-A Lincoln Avenue, Breckenridge, Colorado 80424. Office Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Available 24 hours for emergencies at Check-In: 4:00 p.m. Late arrivals and Sunday arrivals pickup directions and keys from our “Key Drop Box” located outside our front door. Please Notify Our Office If You Plan to be a Late Arrival. Check-Out: 10:00 a.m. Storage for luggage can be arranged. Late check-outs are subject to an additional night charge. Maid Service: Prior to your arrival, the unit is cleaned and supplied with fresh linens and towels. Published rates do not include daily maid service. Additional towel changes available for $18.00/bathroom/day. Keys: Guests must return ALL keys at check-out or be subject to a $50.00 charge. Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed! Local kennel service is available. Hot Tubs/Jacuzzi: Peak Property Management, Inc. does not have control over the mechanical performance of private hot tubs/Jacuzzis. If a hot tub becomes inoperable during your stay, a maximum of $25.00 per day refund shall be issued. This does not apply to bathtubs or community facilities. Security Deposit Requirement: $1000.00 authorized on a credit card (not a debit card). Please fill in the Damage Deposit section of your lodging confirmation, sign and return a copy to our office prior to arrival. This security deposit is used to cover any damages, extra cleaning or telephone charges during your stay. The authorization on the credit card will be returned within 10 days from the date authorized. See the Damage Protection section of this statement if you wish to purchase that coverage for $49.
