A full wall of double glass doors leads out to an expansive private patio, perfect for enjoying the outdoors on sunny days. The modern kitchen in this home boasts white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded countertops. Gather around the island in the morning for breakfast and coffee, where you'll find plenty of room for four. An adjacent dining room table offers seating for an additional six. Enjoy both spacious common areas and the privacy of separate bedrooms from this well-appointed condo. The master bedroom is tucked away from the great room for privacy and boasts a comfortable king bed and separate reading chair. The en suite bathroom offers a glass and tile shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twins which can also be converted into a king upon request. The third bedroom is located across the hall from the bathroom, where you'll find a tub and shower combination. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
