This open concept floorplan welcomes quality time spent together when you're off the slopes. Hardwood floors underfoot and a wooden beam ceiling with track lighting overhead creates a warm cabin feel. Lounge on the overstuffed leather couch or loveseat in the evenings, basking in the glow of the fire in the gas fireplace. The massive stone mantle creates a distinct warm feel in the living room, and with plaid curtains framing the glass doors leading out to the balcony with a distant mountain view, there's no doubt this is a condo that echoes the relaxed vibe of mountain living. The main living areas merge seamlessly together, and you'll find a full kitchen conveniently at your disposal. Open the custom cabinetry to reveal all the tableware and cookware needed for preparing meals. Full-sized appliances are ready for use, with an overlay refrigerator adding a custom feel. Gather around the kitchen island to whip up breakfast before strapping on your skis. An oval table in the adjacent dining area makes it easy for the whole family or group to sit down to a meal together. End the day on a peaceful note with everyone slipping away to their own private place to rest. The master bedroom is located just off the main living area and offers a spacious king bed and touches of country plaid. Take the winding staircase up from the foyer to reach the second sleeping area tucked away in the loft. This level offers two double beds, as well as the convenience of a full en suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower. The sofa sleeper in the living room can be utilized for additional sleeping options. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
