Walk into the sight of a cathedral ceiling living room with warm light from the gulf sky via gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows on a 2-story wall. Bring family, friends, and man's best friend to this open floor plan with super convenient beach access. Descend either of the rear deck staircases, and a short walk puts you at the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom enjoys loft light through frosted windows facing the living room gulf view windows. Two large 1st-floor bedrooms enjoying gulf views and 2 bunk rooms for all the kids. Enjoy the large rear deck and let the sunset on your day with a drink in hand, the sites and sounds of salty waves, and the smell of grilled food. Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows. As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you! Please note: 1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. 2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time. 3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking. 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance. 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties. 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. 7. Start dishes and linens before departure. 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night. 9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission, 2-dogs maximum limit. Only dogs approved by insurance policy. $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
