Nearly 2,000 square feet of deck space includes sundecks, covered porches, and a screened porch, all positioned to capture Gulf views and coastal breezes. The private pool and Jacuzzi are located beneath the elevated home, creating a shaded space to cool off during the day or relax in the evenings. Both are heated and available for use from April 1 through October. Guests can easily walk just about 150 feet, roughly a 1-minute walk, down Ponchartrain Ct to reach the Gulf beach. This quick access makes it easy to spend the day enjoying the sand and water, then return home for meals, pool time, or a break from the sun. Additional outdoor features include an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach and a fish cleaning station for guests who enjoy fishing. Nearby Attractions / Area Perks During your stay, explore Fort Gaines, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary, and the Alabama Aquarium at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab. Local restaurants, bike paths, and public beach access points make it easy to enjoy the relaxed pace of island life. Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows. As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you! Please note the following: 1. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking. 4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance. 5. This property does not allow weddings or parties. 6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. 7. Start dishes and linens before departure. 8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night. 9. This home is NOT pet-friendly. 10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and cannot be used. They are not permitted by Homeowner Insurance Policies.
