Your retreat is nestled between two beach access points -- Spooky Lane and Gulfview Heights. Nearby shopping, dining, and grocery stores make it easy to find everything you need during your stay. The surrounding vicinity features 27 miles of bike trails, five state parks, and 15 coastal dune lakes to explore. The nearby Eastern Lake system also offers a hike and bike trail with various lengths from 3.5 to 10 miles. About the Vacation Rental Unit: This vacation rental features: 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom Master Bedroom has a king bed that sleeps 2 Guest Bedroom has a queen bed that sleeps 2 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds each sleeping 2 with a trundle sleeping 1 Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests This rental is located on the 3rd floor. Enjoy peeks of the Gulf from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. The kitchen has been updated with modern appliances and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for the entire family. A washer-dryer is available for guest use. Before placing items into the washing machine, ensure that sand has been rinsed away. Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles is allowed at this complex. Parking spots are unassigned in the open lot. Park anywhere downstairs from the unit. An up-to-date gate code will be sent to you prior to check-in. Other details to note: There is a key in the unit which will help you gain access to the pool. Leave this key in the kitchen when you check out. There will be a $35 replacement fee for losing/taking the pool key. This complex permits golf carts! Hidden Lakes guests get a discount next door at Pristine Golf Carts, their preferred vendor. Important qualifier: there is no place to charge (electrical hook-up for) golf carts at this resort. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Have a blast in 30A! The rental unit will offer guests access to a few basic items: toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and paper towels. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation. Please note that entering resorts and/or rental units is at your own risk. While we aim to offer our guests a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards.
