If you notice water leaking from any area (such as sinks, toilets, showers, or ceilings), please report it to 30a Seascapes immediately. If the leak appears to be causing significant pooling and it’s safe to do so, we encourage you to turn off the nearest water valve and use towels or a bucket to help contain the leak until maintenance arrives. Please avoid touching any electrical outlets or switches if water is present nearby.
