The rental unit will offer guests access to a few basic items: toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and paper towels. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility.
Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation.
Please note that entering resorts and/or rental units is at your own risk. While we aim to offer our guests a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards.
Exercise caution, follow safety guidelines, and stay informed about weather conditions. Update the 30a Seascapes team regarding any concerning developments in a timely manner.
