About the Community/Property and Vacation Rental Unit: Onsite amenities include: an outdoor heated pool that is open 9AM – 10PM 2 charcoal grills for our owner and guest use A fitness room with available from 6AM – 10PM Beach Service available 8am – 5pm – March through October for daily and weekly rentals This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental has a Maximum Guest Occupancy of 6 Guests Parking: Guest is granted one parking pass per unit. To get your parking pass, you'll need to go the HOA office on the first floor. Please return to your car with it immediately, as this pass needs to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Other details to note: Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Have fun! The following link will lead you to a packet containing various ordinances, enforceable fines, and beach protocols that must be followed by all residents and visitors. Have a blast in 30A! The rental unit will offer guests access to a few basic items: toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and paper towels. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation. Please note that entering resorts and/or rental units is at your own risk. While we aim to offer our guests a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards. Exercise caution, follow safety guidelines, and stay informed about weather conditions. Update the 30a Seascapes team regarding any concerning developments in a timely manner. If you notice any safety concerns, please report them immediately. If traveling with children, elderly, or those with special needs, inform us in advance so that we have ample time to provide additional resources or recommendations.
