Within a mile’s radius you’ll find outdoor malls, grocery stores, and delicious eateries. Silver Sands Premium Outlets is ideal for name-brand discounted shopping. Grand Boulevard boasts a movie theater and high-end shopping. The Village of Baytowne Wharf offers a variety of fun activities, including seasonal fireworks shows and live music (plus there is no shortage of popular restaurants). Property Details: This vacation rental features: 4 Bedroom, 4 bathroom Primary Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2; Spacious main-floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom and attached back porch. Primary bedroom 2: Sleeps 6; located on the 2nd floor, this is a HUGE master bedroom with a King Bed. The master bedroom closet offers built-in bunk beds that will sleep 2 more. There is also a queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more. The Master Bedroom has a balcony overlooking trees. Guest Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2; this bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom; the balcony from this bedroom offers a view of the pool. Guest Bedroom 2: Sleeps 4; located on the 3rd Level, this is another amply sized bedroom. Those choosing this room may pass through double French Doors to the balcony with partial oceans view of the Gulf! Hallway on 2nd Floor Landing: Sleeps 2: built-in Bunk Beds Maximum Guest Occupancy: 14 Guests Living Room and Dining Area (on main level) offer so much light with many windows. Smart TV's; New furniture and mattresses; about 50ft from the community pool; about 150ft to the deeded beach access! Parking: Once you enter the complex, go all the way down; #112 is the last unit on the right. There are 2 designated parking spots in front of the vacation rental for your use. Accordingly, 2 parking passes can be found inside the unit. No matter if you take advantage of these nearby spots or if you choose to utilize the additional parking at the front end of both entrances, parking passes need to be visible on the vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. There is also an overflow lot outside the gate that is on a first come, first served basis. Any additional parking passes may be acquired directly by the guest at a cost of $20 per pass. Other details to note: The private beach access is right across the street from the property, about a 2-minute walk. The road you must cross is not super busy. To the best of your ability, rinse yourself and personal items of sand before entering the unit. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Booking Policy

To the best of your ability, rinse yourself and personal items of sand before entering the unit. There is a hose in front of the unit to rinse off; please wipe your shoes on the front door mat before entering the condo. The following link will lead you to a packet containing various ordinances, enforceable fines, and beach protocols that must be followed by all residents and visitors. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation. Please note that entering resorts and/or rental units is at your own risk. While we aim to offer our guests a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards. Exercise caution, follow safety guidelines, and stay informed about weather conditions. Update the 30a Seascapes team regarding any concerning developments in a timely manner. If you notice any safety concerns, please report them immediately. If traveling with children, elderly, or those with special needs, inform us in advance so that we have ample time to provide additional resources or recommendations.
