Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by golf cart or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian, bike and golf cart paths that weave through groves of live oaks, meandering past natural lagoons, fountains, man-made lakes, and meticulously landscaped fairways. Smoking: This is a non smoking room. Parking: garage- look for the Bahia name in the garage area so you can park directly below the property! this unit is right off the elevators. Getting around the neighborhood is easy. There is a tram that takes you right to the beach and you can walk or rent a golf cart to get around. Also, for vehicles, there is free passes for car at Gate and there is No Code for access. Internet: Open network. PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO BOOK Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. Beach accessories (for instance, chairs, umbrellas, & towels) should, if desired, be brought by the guest or rented from a local merchant. The following link will lead you to a packet containing various ordinances, enforceable fines, and beach protocols that must be followed by all residents and visitors. Guests are charged $235 per missing tram card. If you rent with us during the holiday season and like to have holiday decor, please carefully read over and diligently abide by the following policies, which apply to Baytowne Wharf Village: https://dandes.egnyte.com/dl/xSolz3oYfp If you have rented during a high volume timeframe (for instance, July 4th), it is possible that the garage will fill up fast. There are additional parking spaces in Lots 1 and Lots 2 (all gates are accessed by the same QR code). The rental unit will offer guests access to a few basic items: toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and paper towels. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation. Please note that entering resorts and/or rental units is at your own risk. While we aim to offer our guests a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards. Exercise caution, follow safety guidelines, and stay informed about weather conditions. Update the 30a Seascapes team regarding any concerning developments in a timely manner.
