The front desk closes at 5:30PM and will not monitor communications until 9AM the next morning. If any emergent and serious events occur during your stay, you are encouraged to call security at 850-737-3617. This number is monitored 24 hours daily. If you arrive after hours, you will need to call this number to get access to your vacation rental. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation.
