Parking garage. However, please note there is only one unassigned parking space per deeded unit (one booked unit is allowed one vehicle in the second floor parking garage). There is off-site parking available a short 4-minute walk from the property (just north of Gateway properties; look for the sign that reads Inspiration Bay). Getting around the neighborhood is easy. There is a tram that takes you right to the beach and you can walk or rent a golf cart to get around. Also, for vehicles, there is free passes for car at Gate and there is No Code for access. Internet: Open network. PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO BOOK THIS UNIT Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. Guests are charged $235 per missing tram card. The rental unit will offer guests access to a few basic items: toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and paper towels. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation. Please note that entering resorts and/or rental units is at your own risk. While we aim to offer our guests a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards. This community requires guests to wear a wristband in designated areas (including but not limited to: the amenity terrace level, area inside the pool gates, grilling area, fitness center, as well as the terrace lawn and fireplace). Individuals without a wristband will be asked to put one on or will be asked to leave the premises. Leave wristbands in the kitchen area, by the coffee machine. When wristbands must be replaced, guests will be charged a $75 delivery fee plus $10 per missing wristband. Valued items left behind will be shipped at guest's expense and only on Fridays. Not only must you sport a wristband to relax by the pool, each pool gate requires a unit-specific code for entry, which is the same as the garage code you will be sent in our Safe Travels Communication (day of check-in). From March 1st through September 30th, we are regrettably unable to accommodate late check-outs, early check-ins, or luggage drop-offs prior to 4pm due to high demand/turnover.
