There is off-site parking available a short 4-minute walk from the property (just north of Gateway properties; look for the sign that reads Inspiration Bay). Internet: Open network. Guests are charged $235 per missing tram card. The rental unit will offer guests access to a few basic items: toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and paper towels. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation. Please note that entering resorts and/or rental units is at your own risk. While we aim to offer our guests a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards. This community requires guests to wear a wristband in designated areas (including but not limited to: the amenity terrace level, area inside the pool gates, grilling area, fitness center, as well as the terrace lawn and fireplace). Individuals without a wristband will be asked to put one on or will be asked to leave the premises. Leave wristbands in the kitchen area, by the coffee machine. When wristbands must be replaced, guests will be charged a $75 delivery fee plus $10 per missing wristband. Valued items left behind will be shipped at guest's expense and only on Fridays.
