Moreover, you are less than 2 miles from The Village of Baytowne Wharf (9300 Baytowne Wharf Blvd). Guests have access to a Bayfront outdoor pool. Sip your favorite cocktail at the seasonal tiki bar; relax in the lounge area overlooking the gorgeous Bay; take advantage of the beach tram. Lounge area overlooking the beautiful Choctawatchee Bay, Bayfront Pool, Kiddie pool, pool-side bar, Fitness facility, and Cabana Cafe. Property Details: This vacation rental features: 0 Bedroom, 1 bathroom Studio with private balcony at the popular Bayside Resort located in Miramar Beach. Kitchenette, full bathroom with shower/tub combo, sleeper sofa and a king bed. Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests Parking: Guest is granted one complimentary parking pass at the Welcome Center front gate. This pass needs to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. No access code is necessary to enter the parking area. Directions to the surface lot parking area: Pass through the Welcome Gate and make a left on Baytowne Avenue. Continue on Baytowne Ave., making a slight left at the roundabout on to Heron Walk Drive. Continue for about 1 more mile, until you reach another round-about. Make a right at the round-about on to Sandestin Boulevard North. Continue for another mile, whereupon you’ll see the Bayside on your right. There should be plenty of parking spots available in the lot directly in front of the building. Other details to note: Laundry: The laundry room is located on the 5th floor of Bayside at Sandestin. There are three washers and three dryers, and they are equipped with credit card readers. A soap dispenser machine, which sells detergent packets, is also located in the laundry room. Before placing items into the washing machine, assure that sand has been rinsed away. Beach Tram Info: As a guest of this resort, you have special access to the Beach Tram. In order to utilize beach tram services, guests will need to show their access pass, which can be found in the kitchenette area. A tram stops directly in front of Bayside Inn. Don't forget to bring beach towels if you plan to go to the beach during your stay. Leave tram cards in the kitchen area, by the coffee machine. Guests are charged $235 per missing tram card. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. Beach accessories (for instance, chairs, umbrellas, & towels) should, if desired, be brought by the guest or rented from a local merchant. The following link will lead you to a packet containing various ordinances, enforceable fines, and beach protocols that must be followed by all residents and visitors. Guests are charged $235 per missing tram card. The rental unit will offer guests access to a few basic items: toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and paper towels. (Dishwasher detergent will be provided, if the unit has a dishwasher.) Once a guest depletes what is provided, subsequent replacement is the guest's responsibility. Although guests may receive our Welcome Packet upon booking, the Safe Travels communication (which includes security/access codes) will not be sent until our accounting system registers a zero balance for an existing reservation. Please note that entering resorts and/or rental units is at your own risk. While we aim to offer our guests a safe environment, we cannot guarantee the absence of hazards.
