Smoky Oaks, your perfect rustic retreat in the Smoky Mountains. Nestled conveniently between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, this cabin provides peace and tranquility while being minutes away from all the attractions. When you enter the cabin, you're greeted by a cozy living room with gas fireplace, a dining area, and a full kitchen. On the same floor you'll find the first bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite full bath. Upstairs you'll find the second bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite full bath. The side porch has a five-person hot tub as well as a sitting area around the gas grill, great for BBQs and relaxing. Smoky Oaks can accommodate two separate couples or a family of four. It's great for a romantic getaway, quick family trip, or even larger groups when you pair it with our neighboring cabin, Whispering Oaks (which accommodates up to 6). SLEEPING SETUP: Downstairs Bedroom: 1 King Bed Upstairs Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed LEVEL LAYOUT Main Level: Living room and tv, dining room, kitchen, king bedroom, full bath, front porch with gas grill and hot tub. Upper Level: Queen bedroom with ensuite full bathroom. THE BASICS: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. *Pets are NOT allowed in our properties. No smoking, house parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise, or disturbing neighbors. GUEST COMMUNICATION: Guests receive a booking confirmation text message that includes a reservation rental agreement for review and signature. Once the rental agreement has been submitted guests will be directed to a Welcome Book complete with important check-in details, cabin information and noteworthy local attractions. The Welcome Book will be resent via text message and email 24-hours prior to arrival. SUPPLY STARTER KIT: Our Starter Kit includes 2 rolls of paper towels, dish sponge, dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, dish soap, a small pack of coffee, laundry detergent, hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. It is just enough to get you started, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
