A spacious 1,200 square feet, this unit is on the first floor and has a living room decorated in with a southwestern decor, gas fireplace, TV, VCR, a queen sofa sleeper, free Wi-Fi access and no air conditioning. Next to the living room is the dining area with large table and chair setting for 6 people. Guests can also access the private deck with mountain views. In the fully equipped kitchen, newer appliances, wood cabinets and linoleum flooring. One full bathroom is off the living room with extra closet for the washer and dryer. A second bedroom has two twin beds. In the master bedroom there is one queen bed and en-suite full bathroom. Please note that the garage is located under the units and there are stairs needed to climb to access the unit. There is no elevator at the property. This unit is on the first floor of the building. All guest may use the one outdoor hot tub located at the back of this building and on the free town shuttle. Please refer to our website for specifics on cleaning and safety in our vacation rentals. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Timber Run Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
