Guests will enjoy the TV, VCR, private balcony and queen sofa sleeper and free Wi-Fi access. No air conditioning. In a separate alcove area off the living room, there is a small love-seat with table and chairs to enjoy the gas fireplace. There is seating for 6 persons in the dining area adjacent to the kitchen. A fully equipped kitchen has newer appliances, lots of counter top space and has all dishes and cooking utensils. A master bedroom suite has full bathroom and queen sized bed. One queen bed is in the second bedroom. Two beds are in the third bedroom. In between the second and third bedrooms, is a second additional full bathroom. The Timber Run complex is 1 mile from downtown Winter Park and the private balcony offers a mountain view.
