A first floor unit with 1,212 square feet and two levels, guests have an open floor plan encompassing the gas fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD and Blue Ray disk player, free Wi-Fi access and queen sofa sleeper in the main living room. No air conditioning. In the dining area that is adjacent to the living room, there is a comfortable table and chair setting for 8 persons. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking in the unit and has recent upgrades including new appliances, cabinets and counter tops. On the upstairs level are two bathrooms and all the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Second and third bedrooms each have two twin beds - great sleeping accommodations for kids or singles. One full bathroom is in the main hallway. This is a non smoking and no pets allowed rental. The Lions Gate complex is located 1 block from the Main Street in downtown Winter Park - a great location! The free town shuttle stops in front of the building. The property has an outdoor heated pool, indoor hot tubs, game room, locker room with sauna, coin operated laundry and 2 large lounge areas to relax. During the summer months the courtyard offer a common BBQ grill for guests. All guest are required to use the parking passes from the unit when staying here and have a vehicle. The Lions Gate Pines Lodge HOA does not permit guest to have pets or smoking at the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
