This vacation rental is fully furnished with 2 queen size beds, accent chair, TV with cable, a small dining table with chairs, and beautiful ocean views from the private balcony right off the living space. This condo has been renovated and features some of the most beautiful, modern updates. New flooring has been installed throughout the condo, updated kitchen island with granite countertops, updated bathroom countertops, newly installed tile shower, fresh paint, new bedding, and so much more! As of March 2024 a new shiplap accent wall with LED fireplace was added as well as a full closet renovation! Guests will love sitting by the fire while looking at the beautiful ocean views! Guests will enter the condo into the kitchen area. The kitchen offers a dorm-size fridge, microwave, small double burner, and a coffee pot. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Grande Cayman Resort. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. The full size bathroom is located right off the kitchen and has been beautifully updated and features a tub with tiled shower walls, toilet, vanity with over sized LED backlit mirror, sink, granite counter top, and new flooring. Making your way through the apartment, is the main living space. Guests will be blown away by the ocean views. This space features 2 queen beds, TV, dresser, accent chair, and small table and chairs for eating. Guests will also have access to the private balcony from this area. Grande Cayman offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, bars, restaurants, laundry facility, arcade, rooftop mini golf course, and so much more. Additionally, our guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. Unfortunately, the fitness center is not accessible by our guests. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. The Grande Cayman is located at 72nd Avenue in Myrtle Beach. Being on the North end of town, guests can easily commute to central Myrtle Beach within 10 minutes. A very short drive or Uber! North Myrtle Beach is about the same distance away. This is truly a perfect location and easily accessible to all restaurants, shopping, dining, and other local attractions. All payments will be forfeited if canceled.  There will be no refunds due to personal taste or inclement weather.  Hurricanes, including any mandatory evacuations, will not constitute any refund.  We encourage all guests to purchase Travel Protection Insurance at the time of booking.  We make all efforts to ensure the property you have booked is reflected by the pictures shown.  In-resort areas, construction can occur due to new attractions, accommodations, and upgrades to the resort.  We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or provide rebates due to these matters.
