Calypso Tower III offers a plethora of amenities, designed to make your stay more enjoyable. A luxurious, zero-entry heated pool is available for your swimming pleasure year round. A large sundeck with loungers lets mom relax and read a book while the kids swim. For those hoping to avoid the sun, cabanas are available for rental. Hot tub and Fire Pit are available for those chilly evenings when you're not quite ready to head back upstairs! Pool bar, restaurant, fitness center and gift shop are available on the first floor. And beach access is just 200 yards away!
Calypso Tower III's Resort common areas are smoke-free too, for your family's health & safety! The building is angled to provide views of the ocean, coastline, pier, and sunsets as well as views of Pier Park and all of the activities there. A 3rd floor walkover connects Tower III and the parking garage to Towers I and II.
This unit comes with 1 parking pass. Cost of parking is $50. Additional passes may be purchased based on availability at a cost of $50 each.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
