In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 31 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellation occurs 31 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100 administrative fee. Guests that do not cancel prior to the 31-day time frame will be charged the full amount. Vacation Insurance is recommended.

iTrip North Shore offers a few options when guests need to cancel due to extenuating circumstances:

1) Reschedule: we offer the ability to reschedule your trip to a later date. 

2) Voucher: for those who don't know when they can reschedule, we offer to hold monies as a voucher for a future stay at any properties managed by iTrip North Shore.  The voucher expires at year’s end.  Please know that your trip needs to be booked by year’s end but does not need to be completed by then.

3) Cancel: when you cancel, the cancellation policy will be used to determine the refunded amounts.  If your arrival is > 30 days from now, we will refund all but the $100 cancellation fee.
