DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From I-89:  Take VT exit 10 (Stowe/Waterbury) At end of ramp, turn right onto Rt. 100 North. Continue on Rt. 100 N for 9.5 miles into the center of Stowe. At the stop sign on Main Street (Rt. 100), turn left onto Rt. 108 (AKA The Mountain Road.) Proceed 4 miles on The Mountain Road and you will see the entrance to Topnotch Resort & Spa on your right. Turn into the Topnotch driveway and continue up the hill, past the hotel entrance. Continue through the parking lot, past the Spa entrance and up the hill. At the fork, bear right and continue around the bend and up the hill. Resort Home 622B is on the right. Park in the driveway. If you have difficulty finding the home, please call 802-760-1157

Pamper yourself and your family in this casually elegant home located at the fantastic Topnotch Spa & Tennis Resort. All of our Overlook Resort Homes at Topnotch share the same floor plan. The furnishings and decor reflect the tastes of the owners. This luxury 4BR, 4 Bath Resort Home features furnishings from Restoration Hardware. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances and brand new stone counters. The breakfast bar has seating for 3. ​The large tiled entry (called a mudroom in Vermont) is a perfect place to leave shoes, ski boots, jackets and equipment to dry. The home`s open floor plan (kitchen, dining, living room) provides for effortless entertaining and allows the chef to socialize with their guests while cooking. There are gas fireplaces in the living room and Master bedrooms, creating instant ambiance and heat at the flick of a switch. All bedrooms have HDTV and/or DVD players. There is a trundle bed in the twin room, allowing this home to sleep 9 people. Guests also enjoy use of the 1 car garage enabling a warm start to the ski day! We do not allow arrivals or departures on Saturdays; you may arrive and depart on any other day.

Unique benefits

The above listed services & amenities are not included in the rental rates of this private home. Topnotch charges all Resort Homes a daily access fee of $35 per bedroom with a max of 7 ppl and a additon $25 per person after 7, to use indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center and private ski shuttle. This fee may be added to your reservation, or you may pay at the Topnotch Spa desk each day you choose to use the facilities. The Resort Access fee covers up to 6 people staying in the Resort Home. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 30 or more days prior to arrival (60 or more days for Winter Holiday periods) are refundable less a 20% service charge. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of arrival (60 or more days for Winter Holiday periods), under any circumstances unless property is re-rented. In the event Agent is able to re-rent the Property to another renter for the same or more rental payment as provided in this Agreement, provided however that Agent shall be under no obligation or expectation to do so, then Agent will return to Renter the security deposit and all payments made by Renter, less the 20% cancellation fee and any expenses incurred by Agent in re-renting the Property. Renter acknowledges and confirms that these remedies are reasonable liquidated damages for Renter's failure to carry out Renter's responsibilities under this Agreement.
