This beautiful three-story coastal home, located in the family friendly neighborhood of Seacrest Beach, is perfect for your next 30A getaway. With four bedrooms, including a master bedroom on the main floor, a bunk room upstairs that sleeps four, and a game area in the loft, this home is perfect for multi-generational families. Guests of 30A Wave and Sea will feel right at home after a day of fun in the sun, relaxing on the upstairs porch swing or in the spacious living room watching your favorite team. This home has all that you'll need, in the perfect location, for your next 30A getaway. ABOUT THE AREA: Seacrest Beach is one of the most charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Within the Seacrest community, there is a private beach and just a few blocks away is the largest resort style family-friendly pool in Northern Florida with over 12,000 square feet of crystal-clear water. In addition to the beach and pool, there are lots of outdoor activities to enjoy as well. A bike path (Timpoochee Trail) runs the length of 30A. Check out all the neighboring towns, coastal dune lakes and state parks along the way. You won't be disappointed. AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas. *** Attention Guests, please note that there is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival. BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies. Overflow available throughout the community first come first serve. Passes are required which will be provided by Seacrest security HOUSE RULES • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM • No smoking or vaping • Renters must be 25 years of age or older • During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFI or slow WiFi • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees • Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues. • An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods. IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie".
