Conveniently located off of Gulfview Heights Street, Pappou's Paradise provides easy access to both 30A and 98. It's the perfect blend of privacy while still in close proximity to all that 30A has to offer. BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is a short walk (1700 ft) to Gulfview Heights Beach Access, 186 Gulfveiw Heights St, Santa Rosa Beach, FL. There is parking, picnic tables, shelters and lifeguards during the season. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues. • An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods. IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie".
