This four-level home has everything you could hope for in a vacation home by the sea, with four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half baths. The third floor features a game room with a pool table, fridge and wet bar but don't stop there, head on up to the fourth floor to relax on the amazing deck and enjoy the incredible gulf views. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues. • An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods. IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie".
