Go around the first round about heading towards the mountains. Go around the second round about and head east. Village Inn Plaza is the second building on the right. It sits very close to the building on the corner at the roundabout. From Eagle Airport: Take I-70 East to Vail exit 176. Go around the second round about and head east. PARKING - Located under the building just past the loading area of the front door on Frontage Rd. Garage Code is 1891*. Go to the bottom level. You can park anywhere. This is level P1. Please make sure that you put the parking pass on your dash whenever you are parked in the garage. Parking pass will be in the unit. ELEVATOR - Take the East Elevators (it is not easy to identify the direction, so if you are looking at the ramp INTO the parking area, the elevators you use are the ones closest to that ramp) to level P1.  Use same code 1891*. DOOR CODE - You do not need a key for this property.  The Door code is 1560 Enter the 4 digit code Rotate the Thumbturn To Lock after entry, turn the Thumbturn.  When exiting the property, press the EMTEK key or enter a code, then rotate the Thumbturn SKIS AND SNOWBOADS - There is a ski storage room located on the main floor of the building. There is a key inside the unit which will get you into the room.  Once inside the room is marked by unit number for storage.  Please do not bring skis into the unit FITNESS AREA - When you are in the lobby facing the highway, take the door on the left; fitness center is on your right. Usually it is unlocked but the key to the unit will get you in if it is locked. HOT TUB AND SAUNA - On the main level there is a beautiful hot tub, sauna and steam shower. The code is 1234*. You can use the hot tub and pool at the Sebastien next door, if the gate is locked, go inside the Sebastien door. FIREPLACE - Wood burning fireplace is stocked by us and if you need more, you can either purchase it at one of the grocery stores, or we can have it delivered at an additional charge. TRASH - All trash is to be removed at time of departure and placed in the cans on level P2 of the parking garage. LAUNDRY - A washer/dryer is located in the master bathroom closet. Make sure when using the dryer you fill the water container on the floor. Detergent is not provided. GETTING INSIDE THE BUILDING - Go towards the stairs and take the door on the right. GETTING OUTSIDE THE BUILDING - Once outside go left and you will see the street which is Meadow Drive.   SURROUNDINGS - You are right in the heart of Vail Village.  You can either walk to skiing at the Gondola one or catch the free shuttle on meadow drive, which will take you either to Lionshead Gondola or Golden Peak DEPARTURE - When it's time for you to depart, please be sure to- 1) put the key back into the lock-box, 2) leave parking pass in kitchen 3) all used towels and linens on the bathroom floors.

Vail Village, West side near the Sebastian – You have the option to walk to the ski slopes and ski lifts (the Vail Village Gondola – Gondola One is closest).  These condos are secluded condominiums and we like the location for quick access into Vail Village. Most of our Vail condo home rental guests enjoy all areas of Vail Village (we think of Vail as ‘East Vail’, Vail Village, West Vail and Lionshead).  This cozy rental condominium is in close proximity to the well known Sebastian Resort in Vail Village and is a great option to consider if the size of your party is small.  It is ideal for those who are focused on outdoor activities (e.g., ski, bike, fish, golf).  Look here for How to Choose Where I Want to Stay this Year in Vail.  You’ll find information on how to ensure you are staying in the area that works best for your travel plans. The Village Inn Plaza condominiums are located in a relatively small building in Vail and in a great location in the Vail Village area.  The condo building does not have a front desk but has common amenities like a hot tub and small exercise room.  There is underground parking and the condos are fully-equipped residences. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and kitchen which are all on the same level. There is no sofa-sleeper in the living room. Walk into Vail Village for Town of Vail Bus Access, shopping and dining.  Also gain access to the new Gondola 1 (formerly known as the Vista Bahn ski lift). Not too far from restaurants in Vail Village (or those in Lionshead Village for that matter) – you can consider enjoying the restaurants at the Sonnenalp Resort — Ludwig’s and the Bully Ranch, in the Lodge at Vail or otherwise (i.e., Campo De Fiori, Los Amigos for Mexican food, Elway’s for upscale steak and seafood).  From this location, either make your way to the free Town of Vail bus system or put on your snow shoes (in winter of course!) and walk around the city areas — we like the Town of Vail bus system personally if going to Golden Peak or Lionshead.  Either way, you are close to all Vail ski areas for shopping, dining and of course skiing. Check-in time is any time after 4pm on the date of arrival. Check-out time is before 10am on your date of departure.
