The unit is decorated in a tropical motif and even includes a large glass top "pineapple" dining room set. The unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection. This location is ideal and within walking distance to a variety of great restaurants and quaint shops. You are within a short drive to all of the Florida major attractions. While we are excited to welcome guests back, we want to make you aware of ongoing conditions at the property. The ground floor and beachside patio/deck remain active construction zones, and the pool and deck have not yet reopened. Guests may experience construction noise Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, and certain areas of the property may be temporarily blocked off. Elevator service may be intermittent, and beach access from the property is currently unavailable, however, public access is available next door. Additionally, there may be occasional power or water outages with little notice. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to occupying their unit.
